About the Position

Mid Market Account Executive

Location: Osaka, Japan
Department: Sales

We are seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to join our sales team in Osaka, Japan, focusing on enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities

Stakeholderのニーズを的確に理解し、Boxを効果的に提案する
CIOやIT executive LOB executive、また他の主要なstakeholderとも密に関わって信頼関係を築く
複雑かつロングタームなdealを、的確・迅速に対応するとともにsmall winsも確実に獲得する
90日以内にフォーカスするテリトリープランを構築する
pipeline, revenue targetを構築する
すべての顧客のユースケース、購買サイクル、Salesforceのforecast等を理解しトラックする
Cloud Content Management Enterprise 2.0、Box modelを広めていく
すべてのユーザーに対して顧客満足度100%を達成する
lead management sales forecastingにおけるSFDCの活用

Requirements

5年以上のEnterprise Software関連製品の営業経験
西日本地方の顧客に対する営業経験
既存顧客と関係を保つだけではなく、新規顧客を積極的に開拓できる方
顧客のエグゼクティブ層と密接に関わりながら商談を進めてきた経験（LoB、CIOとのリレーションシップ）
複雑なcloud technologyをシンプルかつ的確に説明することができる能力
セールスのプロセスや購買サイクルを熟知していること
