About the Position

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Account Manager to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth for our company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • Manage contract renewals and upsell existing clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to improve service delivery

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and translate client requirements into actionable plans
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
  • Fluency in English is required
