About the Position
We are looking for a Middle Account Manager to build and develop long-term relationships with mid-size and growing client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery and contributing to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
- Identify client needs and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Ensure smooth service delivery in close cooperation with engineering teams
- Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and operational performance
- Proactively identify risks and escalate them when necessary
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance review meetings with clients
- Support commercial discussions and contract renewal processes
- Contribute to revenue growth through account development initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or a related role
- Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and supporting upsell initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requests for delivery teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, recruitment)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
