About the Position
We’re looking for a Middle Automation QA Engineer to build and maintain reliable test automation and support stable releases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Conduct manual testing to complement automated tests
- Create and/or maintain automation test frameworks using Java/JS/Python and popular tools (Appium/Selenium, Cucumber, RSpec, Capybara, Cypress, Mocha, and similar tools)
- Perform API, Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) automation testing
- Test web and mobile applications
- Ensure clear understanding and application of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Utilize CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Travis)
- Work with relational databases
- Conduct REST API testing
Requirements
- 2+ years of test automation experience
- At least 1 year of experience in manual testing
- Good experience with creating and/or maintaining AT frameworks using Java/JS/Python and popular tools (Appium/Selenium, Cucumber, RSpec, Capybara, Cypress, Mocha, and similar tools)
- Experience in API, Integration, and E2E automation testing
- Experience with testing web and mobile apps
- Clear understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Bamboo, Travis)
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with REST API testing
- Intermediate + English level
Nice to Have
- Experience in building and managing a team
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with eCommerce website testing, and cross-browser testing
- Experience with continuous integration processes and tools
