About the Position
We are seeking a Middle Automation QA Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is fully remote and requires 2+ years of experience in test automation and manual testing.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reliable test automation
- Support stable releases
- Create and/or maintain AT frameworks using Java/JS/Python and popular tools (Appium/Selenium, Cucumber, RSpec, Capybara, Cypress, Mocha, and similar tools)
- Perform API, Integration, and E2E automation testing
- Test web and mobile apps
- Understand Agile/Scrum methodology
- Utilize CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Travis)
- Work with relational databases
- Test REST APIs
- Communicate in English at an intermediate+ level
Requirements
- 2+ years of test automation experience
- At least 1 year of experience in manual testing
- Experience in API, Integration, and E2E automation testing
- Experience with testing web and mobile apps
- Clear understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Bamboo, Travis)
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with REST API testing
- Intermediate + English level
Nice to Have
- Experience in building and managing a team
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with eCommerce website testing, and cross-browser testing
- Experience with continuous integration processes and tools
