About the Position
We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst (Visier & Capacity) to join our global enterprise organization building modern data, analytics, and business process solutions within a Microsoft-first ecosystem.

A global enterprise organization focusing on digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization through modern analytics and enterprise data technologies.
Responsibilities
- Translate User Requirements Specifications (URS) into detailed technical design documents, including ETL flows, data models, and solution logic.
- Implement and maintain solutions within the Visier platform, including data ingestion, semantic layer configuration, and security and access setup.
- Define and document ETL processes using DataStage and data structures within Oracle databases.
- Write SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Support QA and testing activities, including unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and verification of expected results.
- Review dashboards and reports in Power BI and Qlik Sense to ensure accuracy against business requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and end-to-end traceability across solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within BI, Data, or Analytics environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with the Visier (People Analytics) platform, including implementation and administration.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, including Power BI, Qlik Sense, ETL processes, and dashboard development.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts, including DataStage, Oracle, and Azure Databricks.
- Strong technical documentation and analytical skills.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Visier, including data loading, semantic layer modelling, and security configuration.
