Currently, we are looking for a Middle Client Service Manager.

Responsibilities

Resolve organizational issues with students and the team in a timely manner;
Maintain constant online communication with students and provide them with comprehensive information support;
Ensure each student has access to all educational materials;
Monitor the timely completion of homework by students, track their progress and learning outcomes;
Administer student and instructor group chats;
Ensure a comfortable service experience for students during classes;
Attend student classes and help quickly resolve any issues that may arise during the class;
Maintain group rankings and motivate students to learn;
Provide product and direction consultations;
Systematically survey students to understand their satisfaction with the training and actively propose ideas for service improvement;
Organize the process of project defense and graduation for groups completing their studies.

Requirements

Experience in customer service from 1 year (experience in Edtech will be a significant advantage);
Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of responsibility;
Results-oriented and goal-driven;
Enjoys communicating, easily finds common ground with any interlocutor;
Interested in modern technologies and wishes to develop in the IT sphere.
