Middle Computer Systems Engineer

We are looking for a specialist for the position of Middle Computer Systems Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Management, support, and optimization of information and network systems, computer equipment, and services within the organization.
• Providing technical support to users, including addressing their inquiries and issues.
• Implementing and updating new technologies and solutions that enhance the productivity and efficiency of information systems.
• Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in IT and to solve joint tasks and projects.
• Monitoring system performance, detecting and resolving issues, and using monitoring systems to identify anomalies.

Requirements

• Understanding and experience with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and the ability to configure, update, and manage them.
• Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, and experience in configuring and supporting network services.
• Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to detect anomalies and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Understanding of cloud services concepts and components such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Methods of operation and rules for the exploitation, repair, configuration, diagnosis, and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
• Knowledge of information protection principles and methods, including antivirus programs, firewalls, authentication systems, and access management.

• Communication with software and hardware vendors regarding technical support or testing equipment.
