About the Position
Leading European cloud-based SaaS provider for managing EV charging infrastructure, with a focus on Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) is looking for a Middle Data Analyst.
The company is known for its advanced smart charging features, extensive OCPP support, and strong roaming capabilities. Scalable platform enables efficient charge point management, optimised energy usage, and wide network interoperability - powering millions of charge points across Europe.

What Project We Have for You
Related projects develop a scalable cloud-based platform for managing electric vehicle charging networks. The system supports thousands of charge points, enabling smart routing, dynamic pricing, billing, and advanced smart charging algorithms. It integrates with OCPP-compliant hardware, payment providers, and energy systems, ensuring high uptime, security, and interoperability.
We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst to work with large volumes of structured and semi-structured data from charging networks, generate actionable insights for business and product teams, design and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models, and collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders on data-driven features and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards to track partner performance, uptime, ticket trends, and SLA adherence
- Collaborate with Roaming Support, Integrations, and Tech teams to identify root causes of systemic issues
- Analyse roaming session data (OCPI, CDRs, SIM connectivity) to detect trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Proactively alert stakeholders about recurring issues or partner-specific problems
- Support operational reporting for Business Updates and invoicing/settlement processes
- Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department
- Create ad-hoc reports for decision-making, regulatory needs, and management
Requirements
- 2+ years of dedicated Power BI development experience
- Mastery of DAX, Power Query (M), Star Schema modeling
- Strong SQL skills for querying Data Warehouses / ODS / Data Marts
Would be a plus:
- Building data dictionaries and governance frameworks
- Thorough understanding of data lineage, data dictionary creation, establishing data quality checkpoints
- Experience with Python or R
- Understanding of roaming protocols (e.g., OCPI)
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
