Middle Data Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst to help transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable reporting solutions, develop dimensional data models, automate analytics processes, and create dashboards that improve visibility into business performance. We are looking for a professional with 4+ years of experience who combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
• Build and maintain dimensional data models that support reporting and self-service analytics
• Perform EDA, validate data quality, and ensure the reliability of reporting outputs
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements
• Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs
• Present analytical findings and recommendations while supporting improvements in reporting standards, data governance, and analytics best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and reporting
• Hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA), reporting, data modeling, and data visualization
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, Qlik, Looker, or Adobe Analytics
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery
• Familiarity with dbt for data transformation and modeling
• Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, fluent Ukrainian, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to collaboration
