About the Position

Middle Data Analyst

Boosters is a Ukrainian product company creating global products in the EdTech, Productivity, and Wellness sectors, impacting 55 million people. We focus on building long-lasting, scalable, and relevant products.

We are currently looking for a Middle Data Analyst to join our flagship product JustDone-an AI assistant for the academic audience that helps students and researchers work better with scientific papers, study, and conduct in-depth research. We believe that AI can significantly change how people learn and work with information, not through cheating, but by providing higher-quality and deeper research, faster work with large amounts of information, and automation of formal and routine tasks. This allows students and researchers more time for what truly matters-thinking, learning, and their own ideas.

The main goal of this role is to transform data into insights and actionable solutions that help JustDone grow.

Today, JustDone is

3+ million premium users;
#1 position in the USA in the AI Writing Assistants niche;
90%+ of user-generated content finds real application;
Over 3 million units of user-generated content monthly;
Own AI and NLP solutions: AI Detector, Text Humanization Engines, AI Research Assistant.

Responsibilities

Analyze marketing, product, and payment data to find growth points and form ideas for product development and user acquisition.
Work with revenue stream management-analyze income, subscriptions, their price and duration, find opportunities to increase revenue and improve ROI.
Research product metrics and their drivers to understand what affects key business results.
Identify user behavior patterns, turn them into hypotheses, and find new opportunities for product development.
Build analytical reports and dashboards that help teams see the big picture and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

1 year of commercial experience in analytics-data, product, marketing, or payment analytics.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools-Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Understanding of A/B testing principles and analysis.
Experience with Python is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach-ability to deeply investigate issues, find patterns, and turn data into practical insights.
Independence and systematic approach-ability to understand a new task, correctly prioritize, and bring it to completion.
Ability to clearly present results and explain complex conclusions to different teams.
