Middle Full Stack Engineer (Node.js oriented+ React.js)

About the Position

We’re looking for a Middle Full Stack Engineer who wants to influence products, contribute ideas, and grow together with a strong and collaborative team while working on meaningful products. You will join a modern IT logistics platform designed for managing IT assets and supply chains for globally distributed teams. The platform automates the full lifecycle of IT equipment management - from procurement, shipping, and delivery to storage, returns, and disposal. It helps companies streamline remote onboarding and offboarding processes, centrally manage IT inventory, reduce operational costs, and minimize human errors in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications
• Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services
• Work with microservices architecture and internal system communication
• Collaborate closely with designers, frontend/backend developers, and product teams
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical improvements
• Maintain API documentation and follow clean code practices
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Contribute ideas and take ownership of technical solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with Express or similar frameworks
• Deep understanding of REST API design and best practices
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and ORM (TypeORM)
• Experience with Redis (caching, queues, rate limiting)
• Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers
• Understanding of microservices architecture and inter-service HTTP communication
• Experience with API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles, logging, and monitoring
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code
• Strong experience with React 18 and TypeScript
• Experience with Vite and modern frontend tooling
• Experience with Zustand and React Query for state management
• Hands-on experience with React Hook Form, Yup, and Zod
• Experience with React Router, Axios, and REST API integrations
• Experience with SCSS/Sass and component-based architecture
• Familiarity with Storybook and component-driven development
• Spoken English at least B1+
