About the Position
We are looking for a Middle Full-Stack Python React developer to join a stealth-mode US company developing a next-generation one-stop-shop digital agent for investment brokers. The platform aims to automate the entire operational chain in the brokerage ecosystem - from the main investment broker down to all back-office operations - replacing manual workflows with intelligent, scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core backend services using Python.
- Work closely with the co-founder on his technical backlog and collaborate on high-impact product tasks.
- Implement integrations, business logic, and data pipelines that power the core platform.
- Contribute to frontend development in React (smaller part of the scope).
- Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and services.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks - from design and implementation to deployment and support.
- Ensure code quality, clarity, and effective communication across the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Engineer.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python (primary focus of the role).
- Practical experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2 or similar).
- Experience with React.
- Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with founders/stakeholders.
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience building early-stage or MVP-oriented products.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with financial or investment platforms.
Working Conditions
- 5-day working week, 8-hour working day
