Middle Full Stack (React+Node.js) Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Middle Full Stack (React+Node.js) Engineer to join our client team for a 3-month full-time contract with a possibility of extension.

This role is with a fast-growing fintech company from the UK that offers a flexible and modern alternative to home financing, using tech to make property ownership more accessible.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of 4 Software Engineers, 1 Tech Lead, and QAs on both our side and the client’s.
• Deliver fixed-price projects within timeline and budget.
• Manage budgets and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Influence, negotiate, and delegate tasks.
• Manage team performance and risks.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
• Understand mobile and web development lifecycles.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Software Project Management.
• Deep knowledge of the project management lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience delivering fixed-price projects within timeline and budget.
• Budget management.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong influencing, negotiating, and delegating abilities.
• Team performance management experience.
• Risk management experience and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with product discovery processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in working with foreign customers (US, EU).
• Understanding of mobile and web development lifecycles.
• Expertise in project management tools – Jira, Confluence.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Nice to Have

• ICAgile, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance (or any other) certifications.
