Middle Fullstack Developer (Python + React.js)

About the Position

We’re looking for a skilled and curious Middle Fullstack Developer (Python + React.js) to join our senior engineering team and help deliver next-generation products - from payment platforms and digital wallets to AI-powered dashboards. You’ll work on real AI applications, building features end-to-end and contributing to cutting-edge solutions that combine backend engineering and applied AI.

Responsibilities

• AI Development: Build and enhance features for AI agents and RAG pipelines using LangChain or LangGraph
• Backend Engineering: Develop and maintain FastAPI services and REST endpoints
• Data Layer Work: Integrate and optimize vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• OpenAI Integration: Work with the OpenAI API for function calling, embeddings, and prompt optimization
• Testing & Monitoring: Write tests, improve prompts, add basic monitoring and traces
• Deployment: Package and deploy with Docker, assist with metrics, logs, and performance insights

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Python (commercial projects or strong personal builds)
• Proven experience creating AI-driven applications (chatbots, retrieval tools, simple agents, etc.)
• Understanding of LangChain / LangGraph, RAG, and vector databases
• Solid knowledge of FastAPI and REST fundamentals
• Familiarity with Git, basic SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL or MongoDB), and Docker

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of React, Next.js, or TypeScript - or eagerness to learn
• Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry for observability
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Familiarity with Redis, message queues, or caching strategies
