Responsibilities

You will be:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Go,
• Building and maintaining REST APIs,
• Working within a microservices architecture,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions,
• Ensuring code quality through version control and best practices,
• Working with Docker and modern development tools,
• Leveraging AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) to improve productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Go,
• 4+ years of experience in software development,
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices,
• Solid knowledge of MySQL,
• Experience with Docker and Git,
• Experience working with RabbitMQ and Redis,
• Familiarity with Doctrine and basic knowledge of CSS,
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat or similar) to improve productivity and software delivery,
• English - at least B2+,
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PHP,
• Experience applying Generative AI (GenAI) in a structured way within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations,
• Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
