Middle Graphic Designer

About the Position

Superheroes.Marketing, an international full-cycle marketing agency with over 17 years of experience and 300+ brands under our belt, is looking for a talented and proactive Middle Graphic Designer to join our team. We are experts in integrated marketing, branding, and digital solutions, and we are seeking someone who can help us save the world of marketing from boring visuals!

Responsibilities

• Implement all aspects of visual design projects: from developing creative ideas to final execution.
• Create effective design solutions for advertising campaigns, branding, digital media, and print products to help our clients achieve their business goals.
• Develop brand identities from scratch, logos, and brand books.
• Understand the specifics of preparing complex materials for print and creating digital graphics.
• Work with AI tools confidently for generating commercial design and graphics based on client tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in developing brand identities, logos, and brand books from scratch.
• Understanding of the specifics of preparing complex materials for print and creating digital graphics.
• Proficiency in tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Paint), Google Docs, Google Slides.
• Experience with AI tools for generating commercial design and graphics.

• Creative thinking and passion for the job.
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and justify decisions based on analytics.
• Ability to adapt to changes, acknowledge mistakes, and find solutions quickly.

Tasks During Probation (3 Months)

• 1st Month: Familiarization with the team and processes, completing linear tasks on assigned projects, developing at least 1 logo.
• 2nd Month: Creating at least 1 complete brand book or quality support for 2 projects.
• 3rd Month: Full and quality design support for client projects with strict adherence to deadlines.

Conditions for Successful Probation

• Quality task completion, meeting deadlines, clear adherence to technical requirements, and absence of systematic errors in file handling. After this, the terms of cooperation will be reviewed.

Selection Process

• Introduction Interview: Discuss your experience, favorite programs, cases, and expectations.
• Test Task: A chance to showcase your creativity and demonstrate your technical skills.
• Technical Interview: Defense of the test task, discussion of solution logic, and finalization of cooperation terms.

Termination Conditions (if necessary)

• Skills not matching the declared level.
• Systematic missed deadlines.
• Client dissatisfaction with the final visual.

We expect that each completed task will not just be checked off but will meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Therefore, we expect you to actually work, complete tasks on time, and stay visible.

We Offer

• Payment format: Hourly rate (details and rate to be discussed during the interview).
• Work schedule: Mon–Fri from 10:00 to 19:00.
• Probation period: 3 months. After successful probation, the terms of cooperation will be reviewed.
• Workload: Management and design support of at least 4 projects per month.
