About the Position
We are looking for a Middle HR People Partner to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it. Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.
Remote Full-time | HR
Responsibilities
As a Middle HR People Partner, your challenges will include:
- Supporting the full Employee Lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, one-to-one meetings, Performance Reviews, Salary Reviews, PDP, offboarding, and exit processes.
- Helping new employees adapt quickly and consulting team members on HR processes and company policies.
- Coordinating corporate benefits, including HoneyFit, HoneyMeal, gifts, coworking spaces, relocation, and other support programs.
- Owning the Learning direction, including organizing internal training sessions, collaborating with speakers, and developing EduSpace and the corporate library.
- Participating in the development and automation of HR processes and launching new HR initiatives.
- Supporting office operations in Kyiv (up to 2 hours per week), if based in Kyiv.
Requirements
We are looking for a specialist who:
- Has 3+ years of experience as an HR People Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or in a similar role.
- Has experience working with teams of 50+ employees.
- Has experience conducting Performance Reviews, One-to-One meetings, and creating Personal Development Plans (PDP).
- Has experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Has experience working with HRM systems.
- Has experience administering corporate benefits.
- Has experience leading or implementing HR projects, including launching new processes, automation initiatives, and developing HR functions.
- Has confident proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Has English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience participating in Salary Review processes.
- Experience organizing internal learning initiatives and developing Learning & Development programs.
- Experience managing or developing learning platforms (EduSpace, LMS, etc.).
- Experience automating HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with HiBob.
- Experience working in a product IT company and collaborating with technical teams.
- Experience working with Notion or Confluence.
