About the Position
Middle level Software Engineer to Credit Decisions CFT

Join our team as a Software Engineer where you will support a highly skilled team owning complex, business-critical lending solutions designed to make our customers’ financial lives easier.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the full cycle of system development: analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain solutions delivered by the team
- Take part in solutions’ architectural discussions, helping the team to build sustainable technical and system design
- Be part of a unique Tech Modernization initiative - rewriting of the main Lending decision-making system in the Baltics for private and corporate customers
- Collaborate with team members to plan, define, design, and deliver new features
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Java (8 and 25), Spring, Hibernate, Angular, Oracle DBMS, Gradle, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Selenium, Kafka
- Inspired by Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles
- Cloud and DevOps understanding
- Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Interest in exploring solutions to improve development and automation
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering)
- Fluent English and comfort working in an international environment
- Lending domain knowledge will be advantageous
We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from 3200-4800 € gross (before taxes) if employed in Latvia, and 3650-5450 € gross if employed in Estonia
