Middle Marketing Analyst - Marketing

About the Position

We are seeking a Middle Marketing Analyst to join our team at appflame, a Ukrainian IT company building world-class products like Hily, Taimi, AdConnect, and Mailkeeper. Our mission is to flame up the world with Ukrainian products and we aim to reach the top 5 product companies in the world.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and product metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to decision, including side effects on adjacent metrics.
• Build Tableau reports that are easy to understand for people who don't live in dashboards.
• Figure out new domains on your own, ask the right questions, and close tasks with a result.

Requirements

• 1–3 years as a Marketing or Data Analyst at a product company, with real datasets rather than just coursework.
• Strong SQL skills: large datasets, complex queries, and a production environment.
• A grounding in statistics: experiment design, significance, confidence intervals, and small samples.
• Ability to turn raw data into a concrete recommendation, not just a table to look at.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing or subscription businesses.
• Basic Python skills (pandas, numpy) for segmentation and clustering where SQL isn't enough.
