Work Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours, remote.

Interview Stages: Recruiter interview → Technical specialist interview → Test → Offer

Responsibilities

• Create and configure advertising campaigns in Meta Ads based on client business goals;
• Select and test different types of ads (carousels, videos, static images, stories);
• Analyze key performance indicators (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and make adjustments to improve effectiveness;
• Work with budgets and bids to achieve maximum ROI;
• Prepare campaign reports with analysis of key metrics and recommendations for improvement;
• Use Meta Ads Manager and other analytical platforms for monitoring effectiveness;
• Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to create advertising materials;
• Discuss strategies with project managers and marketing specialists;
• Conduct A/B tests to find the best creatives and targeting approaches;
• Implement new ad formats and test innovative strategies;
• Adhere to company operational regulations.

Requirements

• Comfortable working at our pace with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (targetologist / media buyer);
• Practical knowledge in digital marketing, customer service, and project management;
• English proficiency at the Intermediate level (preferred);
• Proficient use of professional tools: Meta Ads Manager, Asana (or other task managers), Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides), PowerPoint, Excel;
• Experience working with budgets and achieving target ROI;
• Experience in marketing agencies or digital marketing is a plus;
• We are looking for a technical specialist who is passionate and motivated to work on large projects (Varus, Kingston, МХП, Farmak);
• Communication skills, responsibility, politeness, timely responses in chats, and willingness to return calls when needed.
