About the Position

We are currently looking for a Middle Motion Marketing Designer for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will create high-converting motion creatives and leverage AI tools to scale marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.

Responsibilities

As a Middle Motion Marketing Designer, you will work with the team to:

Ad Production: Creating high-converting motion ads, from storyboarding to final render.
AI Integration: Managing the full pipeline of AI avatar and voiceover generation for marketing videos.
Batch Resizing: Delivering sets of creatives across multiple formats and languages.
A/B Testing: Rapidly producing variations of “hooks” and CTAs for performance testing.
Quality Control: Ensuring brand consistency and technical quality across all marketing assets.

Requirements

You’re a great fit if you:

Motion expertise: confident in CapCut and proficient in Adobe After Effects.
AI implementation: experienced with ElevenLabs, HeyGen, AI video and image generation on Freepik.
Asset generation: skilled at writing prompts for video, image, and AI character generation.
Design tools: confident working in Figma.
Conversion focus: strong understanding of platform specifics, ad formats, and effective marketing hooks.
Automation: able to build scalable templates for fast batch production and creative resizing.
