Netpeak is looking for a Middle PPC Specialist who is already confident in working with Google Ads and Meta Ads and wants to develop further in this direction. We are looking for someone who will manage advertising for our clients and all related processes (optimization of advertising campaigns and reporting).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement PPC strategy for projects:
- Analyze project themes.
- Develop action strategies for the project.
- Implement the strategy independently and with Junior PPC specialists.
- Track results and adjust the strategy as needed to achieve project KPIs.
Plan, allocate, and execute tactical tasks for the project according to the strategy:
- Attract new target audiences.
- Engage current target audiences.
- Optimize conversion rates.
- Set up analytics (Google Analytics, Ecommerce).
Search for new growth points for projects.
Verify the implementation of project tasks.
Assist the Project Manager (PM) in client communication on technical issues and defend the PPC strategy of the project.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a PPC specialist in agencies or in-house.
Successful cases of setting up, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
Ability to find growth points for the project.
Confident use of tools: Google Ads, Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads.
Ability to handle large volumes of data in Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to clearly articulate thoughts both verbally and in writing.

Flexible working hours with the option to start between 8:00 and 10:00 and finish between 17:00 and 19:00.
Possibility to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
