About the Position

We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to join our project Brainer, which is building a comprehensive online platform for measuring, training, and systematically developing human cognitive abilities.

Responsibilities

Build and develop the core analytics infrastructure from scratch.
Create product and marketing dashboards in Tableau.
Generate product hypotheses and identify business growth opportunities.
Prepare analytics for product launch and analyze A/B tests.
Provide analytical support for data-driven business decision-making.

Requirements

Strong SQL skills.
Solid understanding of statistics and probability theory fundamentals.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and delivering actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams.
Understanding of unit economics and key metrics such as LTV, CAC, ROI/ROMI, and cohort analysis.
