About the Position
Middle Product Designer
We are seeking a talented Middle Product Designer with 3+ years of UX/UI experience for a hybrid role in Kyiv, focusing on B2C projects.
Responsibilities
- Key Product: Mobile application NovaPay
- Work with the existing UI kit, support the design system
- Assist in preparing and conducting user research, conducting in-depth interviews; collaborate with the UX design and research team at all stages of research
- Design mobile application and website interfaces, develop prototypes and documentation
- Present work results to product owners
- Collaborate with the development, marketing, and business analysis teams
Requirements
- Portfolio of product design cases
- 3+ years of UX/UI experience or product design experience on B2C projects
- Analytical thinking: you are interested in diving into each task and understanding the "why", not passively waiting for instructions
- Understanding of data-driven, human-centered design approaches
- Understanding of UX research methodologies and an insatiable desire to research users and solve their problems
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Proficiency in using Figma: components, variants, autolayouts, and other features
- Knowledge of iOS and Android guidelines
