Middle+ Product Designer

About the Position

We’re looking for a Middle+ Product Designer with a desire to create highly needed digital products, create something new that the world will see, and will benefit from using, and work in a great space with great people.

Responsibilities

• Direct work with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of creating digital products (from research and development of ideas to the product support stage).
• Transforming business requirements and user needs into a visually perfect product that is easy to use.
• Bringing improvements to the company's design processes.
• Mentoring juniors/trainees (if you are interested in this direction of development).
• Contributing to the team's competence improvement by enhancing design and workflow.
• Working closely with your team and clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with digital products of various scales (mobile/web applications, SaaS).
• A portfolio that demonstrates your experience in both UX and UI.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at the Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level.
• You work at the highest level, designing user interfaces (user flows, you love the 8-pixel grid, love prototyping and creating UI).
• You love Figma as much as we do, and you consistently use components, variants, auto-layouts, and variables in your work ☺️.
• You know how to create complex but scalable design systems that are designed for product growth and flexible for future iterations.
• You can effectively communicate your design decisions both internally (to the development team, PMs, QAs, BEs) and externally (to stakeholders).
• Experience in creating and documenting design systems and UI kits is a big plus.
• You know how digital products are technically created (BE, FE, integrations, etc.).
• You are passionate about high-tech products, problem-solving, and the opportunities these products can offer.
• You can and want to create complex digital products and services.
• Passion for learning and sharing your knowledge within the team.
• The mentality of a person who is not afraid to take initiative.
