Middle Product Owner

About the Position

We are seeking a Middle Product Owner to drive the development of a digital platform that opens access to Ukraine's open land market for small and mid-sized farms. You'll own the product vision, manage the backlog, and work directly with the client and a cross-functional team to launch key platform modules.

About the Project

This digital platform aggregates data from state registries and open-market sources into an interactive map of Ukrainian farmland, including ownership, land use history, crop data, and more. The long-term vision is to evolve the platform into a comprehensive ecosystem connecting farmers with landowners, suppliers, banks, and buyers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the client and cross-functional team throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in planning, refinement, demos, and feature acceptance.
• Validate product hypotheses through Customer Discovery and user feedback.
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior to drive product decisions.
• Balance business needs, user value, and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience launching CRM, ERP, or FMS products.
• Experience building product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
• Skilled in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Customer Discovery and hypothesis validation.
• Comfortable working with product metrics and analytics.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• GIS, geospatial data, or AgriTech experience is a strong plus.
