About the Position

We are seeking a Middle Project Manager with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team. The role involves managing projects, leading teams, and setting goals. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Keep responsibility areas under control: planning, organization, coordination, control, and forecasting.
• Understanding the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships, and managing ongoing processes for the project.
• Project management: communication, planning, launching, achieving KPIs, analyzing, reporting, budgeting.
• Team management, work at the head: resource planning, task setting, control.
• Providing supervision and coordination.
• Setting goals and providing feedback.
• Proactive position and focus on results.
• English: Upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.

Will be a Plus

• Knowledge of principals in the crypto domain area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in the IT industry.
