Middle Project Manager

About the Position

Group107 is expanding its Project Management team in Lviv and is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of client projects across e-commerce, SaaS, and marketing domains. You will own end-to-end delivery, align cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes - scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple parallel client engagements (e-commerce, SaaS, marketing platforms)
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Plan resources, track progress, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
• Own status reporting, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery across all assigned projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in IT or software development
• Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects, or similar)
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)

Soft Skills

• Clear and structured communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational and time-management skills across parallel projects
• Ability to work independently and drive decisions under uncertainty
• Stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• Ownership mindset and proactive risk identification

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress-based projects
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Background in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
• PMP, PSM, or equivalent certification
