Middle Project Manager

About the Position

Impressit is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join a cross-functional delivery team working on international software development projects across FinTech, HealthTech, and Logistics domains. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, collaborate with international clients, and contribute to building impactful digital products while working alongside experienced engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery across one or multiple client engagements
• Build and maintain project plans, delivery timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery progress and project-related communication
• Ensure project quality, delivery predictability, and client satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, sprint summaries, and project roadmaps
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align resources, priorities, and delivery expectations
• Support onboarding and integration of new team members into active projects
• Contribute to improving delivery processes, project management standards, and operational efficiency across the organization
• Participate in project retrospectives and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT services
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project delivery processes
• Hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
• Ability to define, monitor, and report on project KPIs, delivery milestones, and team performance metrics
• Experience maintaining project documentation, including status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, and project plans
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for documentation and reporting activities
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Proven ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Good understanding of software engineering concepts, development processes, and modern technology ecosystems
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and Business stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Nice to Have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PSPO, CSPO, or similar certifications
• Experience working in IT outsourcing or consulting environments
• Domain expertise in FinTech, HealthTech, or E-commerce projects
• Exposure to pre-sales activities, including estimations, discovery workshops, and Statement of Work preparation
• Understanding of APIs, Microservices architecture, and Cloud infrastructure fundamentals
• Passion for process optimization, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences
