About the Position
Embrox Solutions, an IT company that develops a wide range of unique software products, is seeking a Middle Project Manager for its Lviv office. Our team combines modern advanced programming techniques with scientific approaches, ensuring our solutions are stable, rapid, and flexible. We offer full-cycle software development, support, consulting, and business analytics.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle project management from business idea to successful delivery
- Report project status, issues, tasks, conflicts, and risks periodically to all stakeholders
- Facilitate communication of all involved parties
- Coordinate the work of team members
- Set tasks priorities
- Collaborate with development teams and plan the scope of the work
- Help all participants with project communication
- Analyze and manage project risks
- Deliver the project to clients or stakeholders
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or similar role in IT
- Understanding of PM role and responsibilities in IT outsourcing companies
- Understanding of Agile software development processes (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Well-structured and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Understanding of the SDLC
Nice to Have
- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Finished Project Management courses
