Middle Project Manager (Lviv Only)

We are currently seeking a Middle Project Manager for our Lviv office. If you have good analytical skills and critical thinking, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle project management from business idea to successful delivery
• Report project status, issues, tasks, conflicts, and risks periodically to all stakeholders
• Facilitate communication of all involved parties
• Coordinate the work of team members
• Set tasks priorities
• Collaborate with development teams and plan the scope of the work
• Help all participants with project communication
• Analyze and manage project risks
• Deliver the project to clients or stakeholders

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or similar role in IT
• Understanding of PM role and responsibilities in IT outsourcing companies
• Understanding of Agile software development processes (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Well-structured and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Understanding of the SDLC

Nice to Have

• A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Finished Project Management courses
