About the Position
ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Middle Python Developer in Poland, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Uzhhorod, Chernivtsi, or Kyiv.
About the Project
Our client is one of the leading financial services companies in the USA. The project focuses on developing a large-scale platform for financial data management, enabling secure storage, processing, and delivery of business-critical financial data.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain reliable Python backend services and applications
- Design and implement new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Flask
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve defects across development and production environments
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Support application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing production maintenance
- Continuously improve the codebase, development processes, and technical solutions
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience with Python
- Strong experience with Flask
- Experience building RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with Java is a plus
- Experience with Snowflake or Snowpark is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
