Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Python and Bash
• Enhance and extend the core test framework that supports multiple cutting-edge projects
• Execute functional and system-level testing for complex networking solutions and next-generation hardware platforms (such as DPU/IPU)
• Report, investigate, and debug issues, and maintain test results documentation
• Take part in internal R&D, PoC projects, and training programs to gain diverse experience and enhance skills across domains

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in software validation or test automation
• Practical experience with Python (PyTest/or PTF) and Bash for automation scripting
• Good understanding of Layer 2 / Layer 3 protocols and network fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Linux as a primary working environment
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Gerrit, or ADO
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Technical English at an Intermediate level or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface) and/or SONiC validation
• Familiarity with hardware or software traffic generators (e.g., Ixia, Scapy, T-Rex)
• Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
• Understanding of configuration management tools such as Ansible
• Knowledge of Ethernet traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, TCPDUMP)
• Experience contributing to open-source projects
