About the Position
We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join our team at Admitad. In this role, you will be responsible for manual functional and regression testing of web applications, creating test documentation, recording defects, and maintaining documentation up to date. You will also be proactive in improving quality control processes on the project.
Responsibilities
- Manual functional and regression testing of web applications
- Creation of test documentation, particularly checklists
- Recording defects in the bug tracking system
- Maintaining documentation up to date
- Proactive improvement of quality control processes on the project
Requirements
- Experience in testing web applications
- Experience in writing test documentation (test cases, checklists, test scenarios, bug reports, testing reports)
- Experience with test management systems (TestLink, TestRail, etc.)
- Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, Youtrack, etc.)
- Experience using Postman (or its analogues) for API testing is a must
- Experience using web development tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
- Experience in exploratory testing, task prioritization, and testing process optimization
- Experience in writing code will be a plus
