We’re looking for a Middle QA Engineer to support cloud-based web platforms used for regulatory compliance, governance workflows, user onboarding, documentation, reporting, and finance-related operations. This role focuses on manual testing of complex SaaS workflows where stability, accuracy, usability, and release quality are critical for business users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define testing scope
• Design, create, and maintain test documentation for web-based products
• Execute manual testing activities across cloud-based applications and self-service portals
• Perform end-to-end validation of business processes and user journeys
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify hidden defects, edge cases, and usability issues
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before production releases
• Log, prioritize, and track defects in Jira
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Manual Quality Assurance
• Experience testing SaaS and web-based applications
• Proven experience with end-to-end testing of complex user workflows
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Experience with Jira for defect tracking and task management
• Experience with test case management tools such as Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, test checklists, and regression test suites
• Experience with functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing, as well as strong exploratory testing skills
• Understanding of client-server architecture, SaaS application workflows, and browser developer tools for troubleshooting and validation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Basic SQL knowledge for data verification
• Experience with accessibility, usability, or cross-browser testing
• Exposure to automation testing concepts and QA automation frameworks
