Middle QA Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join a 6-month project focused on building a mobile application for internet service customers. The app enables users to manage accounts, track services, make payments, receive notifications, and configure Wi-Fi settings. This role is centered on ensuring product quality across iOS and Android platforms through structured testing and close collaboration with the product team.

Responsibilities

• Review business and functional requirements to ensure testability and clarity
• Create and execute test cases for mobile application features
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
• Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality before release
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Designers, and Developers
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and testing lifecycle
• Experience establishing and improving QA processes, with the ability to take ownership of testing activities as the sole QA engineer on a project
• Experience creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports
• Practical experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Familiarity with testing mobile apps that include payment flows or account management features
