We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer (MRP Run) to join our System Department. This role involves using AI tools to support the hiring process and ensuring data privacy.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools to assist in reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with data processing policies.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials.
Requirements
- Middle level experience in QA.
- Familiarity with AI tools and data privacy regulations.
