Project Details
The role focuses on client-side and server-side tracking (GTM + Stape), enabling reliable insights into user behavior, traffic sources, and marketing performance while ensuring privacy compliance.

Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual testing of e-commerce functionality including product catalog, shopping cart, checkout process, payment systems, and user registration across web and mobile platforms
- Test end-to-end purchase workflows from product search through payment processing and order completion, validating payment gateway integrations and transaction security
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing to ensure consistent performance across different browsers, operating systems, and device types
- Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports with clear reproduction steps and severity classification
- Identify, reproduce, and track software defects using Jira, collaborate with development team on issue resolution, and execute regression testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate testing progress, risks, and estimates to stakeholders during agile ceremonies and release planning
Skills

Core Skills:
- 3-5 years of manual QA testing experience with web and mobile application testing, preferably in e-commerce or retail domains
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies including functional, regression, and integration testing with ability to create test plans and test cases
- Experience with e-commerce workflows including shopping carts, payment systems, checkout processes, and order management functionality
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA) with experience in bug lifecycle management
- Cross-browser and cross-platform testing expertise with knowledge of compatibility testing across different browsers and devices
- Scrum methodology experience with ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional development teams
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to document issues clearly for technical and business stakeholders
