Middle Ruby Developer

We are looking for a Middle Ruby Developer to join our team of web and mobile application developers, specializing in Ruby on Rails and iOS/Android platforms. This role is part of a service providing Staff Selection within the Information Technology sector.

Implementation Date: 2015

A team of Ruby developers, operating in the market since 2011. Our main focus is on developing WEB 2.0 applications based on Ruby on Rails and mobile applications for iOS and Android. Our primary clients are startups from the USA, UK, and Germany.

Staff size: up to 60 people.

Company's Main Strategic Goal: To ensure the completion of objectives set by the client in the development of web and mobile solutions.

Department: Web Development Department

Responsibilities

• Development of mobile applications for Android/iOS platforms;
• Development using Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
• Working with SQL and relational databases PostgreSQL or MySQL;
• JS frameworks: Backbone.JS, AngularJS, Ember.js;
• Deployment of Rails applications;
• Working with NoSQL data storage;
• Working with CoffeeScript, Haml, Sass

Requirements

• Proficiency in Ruby and Rails
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• Familiarity with JS frameworks (Backbone.JS, AngularJS, Ember.js)
• Experience with NoSQL data storage
• Experience with CoffeeScript, Haml, and Sass
