Middle Sales Manager (Remote)

We are currently looking for a Middle Sales Manager who will help clients find training to meet their goals and support them from the first contact to the purchase.

You will be able to work with one of the company's brands:

• Laba - business and management school;
• Skvot - education for creative industries;
• robot_dreams - courses in IT, AI, Data Science, ML, gamedev, and digital.

Responsibilities

• Managing the CRM system (HubSpot): updating statuses, recording agreements and results;
• Communicating with clients through calls, messengers, and email;
• Handling objections and guiding the client to payment;
• Diving into course topics - from marketing, finance, and design to IT, ML, and AI;
• Meeting personal and team KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in B2C sales for at least 2 years;
• Ability to handle a large volume of leads and calls;
• Proficiency in sales techniques (SPIN or others);
• Skill in handling objections and guiding clients to a decision;
• Passion for sales and driven by results;
• Systematic organization of work and prioritization of tasks;
• Taking responsibility for your own results;
• Quick learning and adaptation to new information;
• Confident use of CRM and messengers.

Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech;
• Knowledge of English or other languages at B2 level or higher.
