Responsibilities

• Designs games based on a given concept.
• Design and deliver mathsets, paytables and full game mathematics that meet target RTP and volatility.
• Create and maintain simulation frameworks, run RTP tests, analyze results and produce reports.
• Prepare clear GDD sections and technical specifications for implementation.
• Work closely with developers and QA to ensure design is implemented correctly.
• Iterate quickly based on test feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in math design for slot games (preferably 3+).
• Experience in developing mathematical models for video and mechanical slot machines with various bonus features (e.g., free spins, pick-and-win bonuses, custom game features, etc.)
• Strong practical knowledge of RTP, volatility, hit frequency, variance and payout distribution.
• Proven experience building paytables, mathsets and running Monte Carlo simulations.
• Proficient in tools for modelling and analysis. (Ex. Excel (VBA), Python or similar)
• Ability to write clear, structured GDD fragments and technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with developers, artists and producers.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail.
• English sufficient for reading technical docs and team communication.
