Middle SEO Specialist

About the Position

Idea Digital Agency is an SEO agency with 8 years of experience working with businesses in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. Our focus is not just SEO, but a deep dive into the client’s business and delivering results that truly matter.

We are currently seeking a Middle SEO Specialist who is ready to influence strategies and continuously grow alongside the team.

What to expect at the start:

• Team onboarding and support from the team lead in adapting to processes;
• In the first few months - working on projects from various niches and markets;
• Developing strategies tailored to specific business goals, not just following templates;
• Optimization for new AI and GEO requirements - we are already preparing clients for future search result changes;
• After the probation period, you'll be able to delegate some tasks to juniors and focus on project analytics and growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SEO audits of websites and create detailed optimization plans;
• Develop promotion strategies together with the SEO Team Lead;
• Collect and cluster keywords, create landing page structures;
• Prepare technical tasks for copywriters, developers, and content managers;
• Analyze backlink profiles and develop link-building strategies;
• Improve your knowledge and share your experience in the internal SEO Club.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of SEO experience, preferably in agencies;
• Managed at least 3 projects simultaneously;
• Proficient in semantics, website structure logic, and keyword queries;
• Ability to conduct technical and content audits and create plans;
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS;
• Initiative, responsibility, and ability to explain and listen.

Nice to Have

• English level B1+;
• Experience in e-commerce, medical, and SaaS niches;
• Client communication experience, participation in presales.

• Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Seranking, Screaming Frog, Serpstat
• Looker Studio, AI tools for data collection, research acceleration, and content generation (manual verification always)
