About the Role

We are looking for a Middle / Strong Middle SEO Specialist for a new product site in the Interior Design niche, targeting the US market and other English-speaking countries.

The role involves operational management of the SEO direction and responsibility for the quality execution of tasks that impact the growth of organic traffic.

The SEO Specialist will work with technical SEO, semantics, content requirements, indexing, internal linking, link-building processes, and page verification after releases. The candidate should confidently master basic technical SEO principles, independently identify problems, formulate clear tasks for development, content, and design, and monitor their implementation and impact on site metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and clustering the semantic core for commercial and content pages.
• Forming the site structure.
• Controlling and launching the site in release.
• Preparing requirements for content: commercial pages, blog materials, and programmatic pages.
• Preparing page templates for programmatic SEO.
• Formulating requirements for development and design considering SEO requirements.
• Conducting technical site audits and identifying growth points.
• Monitoring the quality of pages after releases and verifying SEO implementation.
• Monitoring indexing, crawlability, and the technical condition of the site.
• Preparing anchor plans, controlling link-building, and finding opportunities to strengthen the domain.
• Analyzing competitors and finding SEO opportunities to scale organic traffic.
• Close interaction with development, design, content, and link-building teams.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist.
• Confident knowledge of technical SEO.
• Practical experience in collecting and clustering semantics.
• Experience in preparing SEO requirements for content, development, and design.
• Confident proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / Semrush / Serpstat, Screaming Frog.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• English language level B1+ for working with English semantics and content.
• Independence in task management and responsibility for results.
• Attention to detail and systematic work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product sites.
• Practical experience with JS SEO (Next.js).
• Experience in promoting international products.
