Netpeak is looking for a Middle SEO Specialist for an international OLX project.

OLX is Netpeak Ukraine's largest partner. We have been working together for over 17 years. During this time, we have come a long way from SEO promotion to working in several European and Central Asian markets.

Our project is growing actively → tasks are increasing → so we are looking for a SEO Specialist who will strengthen the technical SEO base and help influence key business metrics.

1. Work in your area of expertise. You focus on SEO tasks, participate in strategic sessions and product discussions with the client, while tasks related to Outreach and Linkbuilding are handled by separate specialists.
2. Strong team. You work in a team of up to 20 SEO specialists of different grades (Tech Lead, Team Lead, Middle, and Junior), where it is easy to verify the approach, quickly find working solutions, and scale what works.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the development of global annual and quarterly SEO strategy and its defense to the client:
  • Analysis of topics, competitors, and their main promotion methods;
  • Analysis of trends and new approaches/tactics in the SEO market;
  • Development and implementation of strategy together with the team;
  • Tracking results and timely adjustment of the strategy if necessary to achieve project KPIs.
• Planning, distribution, and execution of tactical tasks according to the strategy and directions: technical, structural, and contextual optimization.
• Search for new growth points: preparation of hypotheses and their presentation to the team, conducting experiments, and preparing conclusions based on their results.
• Monitoring the technical condition of the site using tools: Google Search Console, Netpeak Spider, Chrome DevTools, etc.
• Keeping the client fully informed about: promotion results, task plan execution, reports on completed tasks, any project achievements and failures through PM.
• Checking the implementation of project tasks.

Requirements

• Experience as an SEO Specialist for at least 1.5 years: in an agency or in-house.
• Confident use of tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Serpstat.
• Successful cases of promotion.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Knowledge of optimization methods and the ability to find growth points for the project.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
