About the Position

We’re looking for a Middle Software Engineer to join a growing team supporting and improving a production platform. This role combines technical support, debugging, and hands-on development, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy solving production issues, improving system stability, and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

Handle L2 support tickets by investigating, debugging, and resolving production issues
Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions
Implement code fixes and minor enhancements using PHP and React
Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents when needed
Collaborate with Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams
Improve platform stability by addressing recurring issues
Maintain technical documentation for known issues and fixes

Requirements

3+ years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks)
Solid knowledge of React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience working with and debugging REST APIs
Good understanding of SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
Experience with: Bug fixing, Incident investigation, Production support environments
Familiarity with Git workflows and pull requests
Experience using issue tracking tools such as Jira
