About the Position

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Middle .NET Developer in Krakow. This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week from the Krakow office.

About the Project

We are building a web portal for the automation of insurance processes in the Healthcare domain. ELEKS has been collaborating with the client for more than 5 years. The team consists of approximately 25 specialists located in Poland and Ukraine. There are currently 8 development teams involved in the project (7 on the customer side and 1 on the ELEKS side). The ELEKS team is primarily focused on developing new functionality and product enhancements.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance new functionality for the platform
Design and implement scalable backend services
Participate in architecture and technical discussions
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Collaborate with distributed teams across the project

Requirements

At least 4 years of commercial experience in software development
Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET 8+ and modern development practices
Experience with Entity Framework
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus)
Experience developing RESTful APIs
Experience working with Azure Service Bus
Knowledge of unit testing and xUnit
Work format: hybrid - 2 days per week from the Krakow office
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Nice to Have

Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
