About the Position
We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer with a strong Angular background to join the technical team of our US-based client. Our client is an industry leader in Digital Data Governance and a dynamically growing software company headquartered in Utah, USA. Founded in 2007, the company provides a Web Governance platform that helps global enterprises ensure accurate data collection, privacy compliance, and exceptional digital experiences. You will contribute to building an automated platform that scans millions of web pages every day to perform deep analysis and validation of the world’s highest-traffic websites. Their customers include some of the world’s most recognizable brands, such as Apple, Ford, Booking.com, Adidas, Adobe, and many others.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust features using Angular 21+
- Conduct thorough code reviews
- Continuously modernize a large Angular codebase - migrating legacy patterns to signals, standalone components, and modern control flow
- Write and maintain meaningful unit tests focused on business logic and complex behavior
- Monitor and triage production issues (Sentry), and keep an eye on client-side performance
- Suggest UI/UX enhancements and bring innovative ideas to the table
- Conduct software analysis, testing, debugging, and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless product delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Understanding of REST and client/server communication principles
- Strong web platform knowledge: HTTP, browser DOM, storage, cookies, and Chrome Network Inspector
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, preprocessors (SASS, LESS, etc.), and Flexbox
- Strong knowledge of RxJS
- Substantial experience writing unit tests (Karma/Jasmine, Vitest, or similar)
- Understanding of Angular build tools and enterprise-level build processes
- Experience with and desire to work with a coding agent (Claude Code or Cursor)
- Strong instinct for code quality and consistency - comfortable following and improving established conventions in a large codebase
- Desire to work in a Scrum environment and openness to process improvements
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
- Great communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Angular Material, Angular signals, AG-Grid, D3.js, and NgRx experience
- Experience building and maintaining reusable UI component libraries (Storybook)
