We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limit is human imagination. And now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Creative Marketing Specialist who is ready to join and create it with us.
Your Mission:
- Build and develop the creative product strategy, ensuring its real impact on ROI and costs.
- Take a proactive part in brainstorming, retros, and team meetings.
- Seek growth points consciously: work with real user pain points and proven mechanics.
- Lead hypotheses from idea to conclusion: test sufficiently, scale what works, and change approach in time when it doesn't.
- Collaborate closely with the content team, forming a shared vision of creatives.
- Maintain your vision and be responsible for the result throughout the work process.
Requirements
- Experience as a Creative Marketing Specialist for 1+ year with your own growth cases.
- Confident command of market monitoring tools and deep competitor analysis.
- Experience in developing and implementing creative strategy linked to financial results.
- Ability to evaluate each decision from the perspective of its impact on company profit.
- Maturity in working with hypotheses: understand when to scale and when to change approach, and be able to argue it.
- Result orientation, strong time management, and prioritization skills.
