About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Middle/Senior React developer proficient with JavaScript and React for a new online car auction project. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important. This role is remote with 75% frontend work and 25% backend work, which can be adjusted based on the candidate's preference. The existing team consists of 6 developers, 1 QA, and 1 lead based in San Francisco. All team members speak Russian, and most speak Ukrainian.
Responsibilities
- Developing new features and APIs
- Implementing UI on the modern stack (React)
- Migrating existing GWT parts of the application to the React.js platform
- Designing multi-user resource efficient solutions
- Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience implementing RESTful APIs
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Non-Technical Skills
- Team player
- Excellent time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- MobX
- Firebase
