About the Position
We are seeking a Middle/Senior Recruiter for our People Management Department to join our Local Business Unit Recruitment Team. This is a full-time on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for the Local Business Unit Recruitment Team
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to support parts of the hiring process
- Ensure final hiring decisions are made by humans
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of the hiring process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools in recruitment
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
