About the Position

We are seeking a Middle/Senior Recruiter for our People Management Department to join our Local Business Unit Recruitment Team. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process for the Local Business Unit Recruitment Team
Utilize artificial intelligence tools to support parts of the hiring process
Ensure final hiring decisions are made by humans

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment
Strong understanding of the hiring process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience with AI tools in recruitment
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
